Fracking, while a controversial topic, may have finally proven its worth! On December 21st 2016, officials in Williston, North Dakota stopped pumping thousands of gallons of water into the ground as significant abnormalities appeared on their sensor arrays. Upon further investigation, officials determined that the significant abnormalities were in fact fossilized remains.

As shown above, the uncovered fossils were unmistakably similar to that of Homo Sapiens. However, as the picture shows, the fossil was much larger than any known human remains. This leads officials to believe that the uncovered remains may, in fact, be the mythical Bigfoot creature.

Joe Kelly, and engineer at the site in which the fossil was found is quoted as saying “At first we were unsure of the sensor abnormalities, but after closer investigation we found the remains. It took a little while to clean up and get a hold of what we were looking at – but once we did, Oh Man! As a kid, I always thought Bigfoot was real and loved the monster truck named after it, and I am ecstatic to learn of its true existence.”

Known for traipsing about the wooded areas of North America, and only caught in fleeting glimpses by cameras, the Bigfoot creature has long fascinated the imaginations of the American public. It should be reassuring to the American public to know that there is now a documented record of the existence of the creature. Given these newly discovered remains, it is not impractical to assume that there still exists small populations of these creatures in the wild.
